Storyline
Ulsan Metropolitan City, Republic of Korea in 1990. An organization led by Jang Joo-won (Ryu Seung-ryong) came down from Pohang, Gyeongsangbuk-do to take over Ulsan Metropolitan City. Jang Joo-won, who has the ability to regenerate, was feared for his reputation as a monster who did not wield a sword at others, but did not die no matter how many times he was hit by a sword.
Jang Joo-won (Ryu Seung-ryong) lived a life as a gangster by making full use of his never-dying regenerative ability. The guys from Ulsan fight first and come to face them in Guryongpo, Pohang. Joo-Won played an active role as a ‘monster’ and even received a written oath from the owner of an entertainment bar. Money was important. Although he is a member of a gang, he leaves the organization because he betrays his beliefs and those he trusted.
Afterwards, Joo-Won, who had been hiding in Incheon, lived by extorting money from the settlement while pretending to be a victim of a car accident to pay for long-term stays at a motel. Then, I got into a hit and run, and Hwang Ji-hee, who was a Reggie at Umji Cafe, came to my side to help me.
